We are looking for a **Data & AI Business Associate** to work closely with the management team and help drive our growing business across **Data, AI, Digital solutions and Talent services**.

This role is for someone who **learns fast, takes initiative and has an entrepreneurial mindset**. We operate in a fast-moving, international environment, so we need someone who can take ownership rather than wait for instructions.

**What you'll do**

* Support and gradually own sales, business development and client follow-up
* Support client meetings and help turn business needs into Data, AI and digital opportunities
* Prepare proposals, presentations, demos and commercial materials
* Coordinate clients, consultants, candidates and ongoing opportunities
* Research new clients, technologies, solutions and market opportunities
* Contribute to Data & AI initiatives, prototypes and client projects
* Support internal operations, branding and business growth where needed

**Who we're looking for**
