* **Lead security initiatives**by driving the implementation and continuous improvement of cybersecurity measures.
* **Assess and mitigate risks**by identifying security gaps, evaluating threats and coordinating appropriate remediation actions.
* **Improve security controls**across IT systems, infrastructure and business processes.
* **Drive security standards and best practices**, contributing to policies, procedures and compliance initiatives.
* **Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders**to turn security requirements into practical technical solutions.
* **Take technical ownership**of key security topics, influence decisions and help shape the organisation's cybersecurity roadmap.
