This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong cybersecurity and governance experience to play a key role in high-visibility DoD forums.</p> <p><strong>Position Location:</strong> On-site at <strong>Fort Meade, MD</strong>&nbsp;</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Organize and manage DSAWG and CDTAB meetings, including scheduling, logistics, agenda development, briefing coordination, and comprehensive meeting minutes.</li> <li>Serve as primary or backup briefer for CDS requests, tickets, ad-hoc sessions, and annual reviews before senior DoD boards (CDTAB, DSAWG, Information Domain, and IRSMC).</li> <li>Coordinate with DISA stakeholders, ISSMs, and Program Managers to resolve Cybersecurity Scorecard non-compliance issues and keep senior leadership informed of findings and remediation status.</li> <li>Provide expert support to the CDTAB Chair and Secretariat on CDS-related issues, risk decisions, policy planning, and strategic initiatives.</li> <li>Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments while supporting the execution of DSAWG and CDTAB strategic goals.</li> <li>Maintain and manage online collaboration platforms for DSAWG and CDTAB, ensuring easy access to policies, briefings, tracking tools, references, and contact directories.</li> <li>Develop and distribute meeting materials, standardized briefing templates, and timely notifications to all members and advisors.</li> <li>Prepare monthly status reports (MSRs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical papers, white papers, CONOPS, and contingency plans to support RE4 functions.</li> <li>Manage monthly ballots and review processes, handling high volumes of CDS requests, tickets, briefings, and annual reviews.</li> </ul> <h3>Required Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field (preferred)</li> <li>5+ years of IT program management experience, specifically leading audits and inspections in a DoD or Federal environment</li> <li>Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (required)</li> <li>DoD 8570 IAM or IAT Level II certification (required)</li> <li>Deep functional expertise in National and DoD IT policy</li> <li>Expert-level knowledge in areas such as: <ul> <li>Information Systems Architecture</li> <li>Telecommunications Systems Design &amp; Implementation</li> <li>Cross-Domain Solutions, DMZ design, and controlled interfaces</li> <li>Security Engineering and Network Systems Management</li> <li>Software Development Methodologies</li> </ul> </li> <li>Proven ability to prepare and deliver high-quality technical documentation, strategic briefings, and governance materials for senior DoD boards (CDTAB, DSAWG, IRSMC)</li> <li>Exceptional technical writing and communication skills — able to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical senior audiences</li> </ul> <p>This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of DoD cybersecurity governance, directly supporting critical cross-domain solutions and senior-level decision-making processes.</p> <p>Compensation: $90,000+</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>At AGE Solutions, we reward performance, invest in growth, and share success.</strong> Our benefits support the whole person, professionally, financially, and personally.</p> <ul> <li><strong>26 Days Paid Leave:</strong> Includes vacation, sick, personal time, and holidays.
