Recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work, we offer a collaborative and caring community where you feel like you belong and are empowered to grow, learn and thrive through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training and more.&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> </div></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Accenture federal Services is searching for a Cybersecurity Engineer II to design, develop, and maintain reusable frameworks, libraries, APIs, and reference implementations for zero trust authentication and authorization.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Create developer guides, documentation, and best practices to enable smooth integration with security services.</li> <li>Implement and support fine-grained authorization patterns (entitlements, row-level security, ABAC).</li> <li>Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure security services meet performance, usability, and compliance requirements.</li> <li>Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to development teams on secure coding and integration practices.</li> <li>Research emerging zero trust and identity/access management technologies to recommend improvements.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need to succeed:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software engineering, security engineering, or related roles.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree OR experience may use in lieu of degree.</li> <li>Experience designing, developing, and deploying application components leveraging AWS cloud services in IL6+ classified environments.</li> <li>Proven experience implementing authentication and authorization frameworks (e.g., OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML).</li> <li>Hands-on expertise with fine-grained access control models (entitlements, row-level security, ABAC).</li> <li>Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Go, Python) for building frameworks and libraries.</li> <li>Solid experience with zero trust architecture and principles.</li> <li>Experience in creating developer documentation and integration guides.</li> <li>Strong grasp of secure coding practices and software development lifecycle (SDLC) security.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Clearance:</strong></p> <ul> <li>An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
