TasksAs a Customer Service & B2B Assistant, you will:

* Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints, ensuring appropriate follow-up with all relevant stakeholders.
* Provide support to stores and first-line customer service teams.
* Deliver administrative support to theB2B department, including:

* Managing customer inquiries via email.
* Handling customer contracts and documentation.
* Maintaining customer records in SAP.
* Monitor and manage incidents within the Marketplace environment.
* Analyze recurring issues and identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with internal teams to implement service improvements and best practices.
