Customer Support Associate - Makati

About this role

We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to join a growing team in Makati. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with their concerns and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
Requirements
At least a high school graduate
Must have at least 12 months of solid BPO experience
Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
Amenable to work fully on-site in Makati City
Amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule
Can start ASAP
