How your day-to-day in this role will look:
Specialist training for the product/service. You will:
Assist with customers' inquiries
Guide customers on their questions for the best use of the product/service
Maintain a high level of quality in each case you review

Language Maestro: Fluent in Slovenian, B2 in English
Tech Savvy: Curious about the latest tech
