Customer Success Associate

About this role

As a Customer Success Associate you’ll be a part of our Customer Success team, helping organizations get the most out of Easygenerator. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers feel supported and empowered from day one, guiding them through their onboarding journey, building strong relationships, and contributing to their long-term success with our tool.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Proactively engage customers to maximize adoption and value realization, supporting the Customer Success team in achieving renewals and expansion goals.

- Deliver impactful onboarding sessions, product trainings, and webinars that inspire confidence and promote product utilization.

- Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to track customer health, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure customers reach key success milestones.

- Continuously improve and scale our onboarding experience to enhance customer satisfaction and business impact.

- Represent the voice of the customer internally, providing actionable insights to help shape product development and customer strategy.

WHAT YOU BRING

- Excellent command of English language.

- Bachelor degree or higher.

- 0-1 years of relevant working experience.

- Natural ability to teach.

- Excellent listening and organizational skills.

- Location: Gardens, Cape Town

- Working Hours: Eastern Standard Time (EST) – 14:00 p.m. to 23:00 p.m. (your local time)
