Customer Service Representative - Visayas

About this role

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join fast-growing accounts within Visayas. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
Requirements
Iloilo and Bacolod Qualifications:

At least a high school graduate (old curriculum) or SHS graduate (new curriculum)
No experience required to apply
Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
Amenable to work fully on-site within Iloilo or Bacolod
Amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule

Cebu Qualifications:

Completed at least 2nd year in College without back subjects
Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience
No experience required to apply
Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
Amenable to work fully on-site within Cebu
Amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule
