Customer Service Representative (USRN Healthcare) - MOA Pasay

About this role

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives for a growing USRN Healthcare account based in MOA Pasay, supporting patients, members, and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats related to healthcare services Assist patients and members with benefit verification, claims status, billing inquiries, and coverage details Provide accurate information regarding healthcare plans, policies, and procedures Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal departments Document interactions and maintain updated patient/member records in the system Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner Escalate complex or clinical-related concerns to appropriate teams when necessary Requirements Must have at least 1 year in Clinical Disability Claims experience, preferably with Short Term/Long Term Disability Preferably with hospital bedside experience, handling intensive care Amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule Willing to work fully onsite in MOA Pasay with the possibility of shifting to a hybrid work schedule
