Customer Service Representative - Davao (No Exp Required)

About this role

We are looking for CSRs to join a fast growing retail account in Davao City. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions

• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes

• Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs

• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience

• Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
Requirements

• Completed at least Senior High School, 1st year in college, 2-year vocational/associate degree with or without experience OR

• HS Graduate (Old Curriculum) with at least 1 year of BPO experience

• Must be conversant in both spoken and written English

• Amenable to work fully on-site in Davao City

• Amenable to work on shifting schedule

• Can start ASAP
