Jobomschrijving

The Customer Service & Customs Coordinator will:

* Become a key member of a team of five customer service professionals, managing the complete order-to-cash process for an international B2B customer portfolio.
* Oversee and manage customs documentation and trade compliance activities for international import and export transactions.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring an excellent service experience from order placement through delivery and invoicing.
* Proactively manage customer enquiries, orders, delivery follow-up, and issue resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
* Coordinate closely with planning, logistics, production, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of customer commitments.
* Collaborate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to facilitate smooth and compliant cross-border shipments.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects, helping modernise processes and enhance customer service efficiency.
