Your role

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the main point of contact for customers, workshops and other parties involved. Your goal is to provide excellent customer service while ensuring that every case is followed up accurately and efficiently.

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Handling incoming **phone calls** and customer inquiries.
* Managing **emails** and providing clear and professional responses.
* Gathering information and checking data for **accuracy and completeness**.
* Providing first-line **technical support** and communicating with workshops.
* Keeping customers and all relevant parties informed about the progress of their case.
* Following up and monitoring **agreements with all parties involved**.
* Managing **contract-related issues** within the agreed deadlines.
* Managing several cases and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.

Working hours

The position is **Monday to Friday**, with occasional Saturday work during particularly busy periods.

You will work in **rotating shifts between 07:00 and 22:00**.

**Flexibility regarding working hours is essential for this position.**
