About this role

JOB OVERVIEW:
Work from home, need to have your own private room and PC/Laptop to work. Handle Livechat/Whatsapp to chat with customers (no phone calls) and some daily tasks. Able to work in morning shifts and night shifts.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle Livechat/Whatsapp to chat with customers (no phone calls) and some daily tasks.

• Reliable and trustworthy in handling customer information and resolving inquiries professionally.

• Able to handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining accuracy, efficiency and quality service.

• Responsible and accountable for customer issues, follow-ups, and service outcomes.

• Disciplined in following SOPs guidelines to ensure consistent customer experience.

• Good team collaboration with other departments.

• Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and methods for continuous improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Can communicate verbally in Chinese.

• Can understand & write in these 3 languages (English, Chinese, Malay)

• Know how to use a PC/Laptop

• Have basic Excel/Word knowledge

• Can handle job involving repetitive tasks

• Fast typing speed
