**Life on the team**

We are looking for a motivated Customer Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team. This is a newly created position driven by our continued business growth.

You are the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout pre-sales, order management, and post-sales processes.

**What you’ll do**

* Act as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams
* Take ownership of the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring high service quality
* Co-ordinating quotations and orders with internal teams and monitoring performance
* Ensure delivery in line with customer service levels
* Is responsible for pricing and margin checks, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders
* Oversee customer stock management and collaborate with teams to optimize levels
* Manage customer deployment schedules and order instructions accurately
* Ensure orders and invoice queries are resolved in a timely manner
