Recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work, we offer a collaborative and caring community where you feel like you belong and are empowered to grow, learn and thrive through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training and more. </div> <div> </div> <div>Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!</div> <div> </div> </div></div><p><strong>The work: </strong></p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <div> <ul> <li>Design, develop, test, verify, sustain, and fully document software solutions.</li> <li>Build complex software applications, including graphical front‑end interfaces, visualization toolsets, SQL database interfaces, multiuser GUIs, and rule‑based assessment engines.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Product Owner to decompose Use Case entities into actionable software requirements.</li> <li>Perform software, code, requirements, risk, and reliability analyses.</li> <li>Evaluate new software or revisions to improve system performance and efficiency.</li> <li>Conduct software testing and lead user/system requirements verification and validation.</li> <li>Troubleshoot production issues related to application deployment.</li> <li>Assess implemented requirements to ensure delivery meets defined expectations.</li> <li>Support evaluation and recommendation of application integration and testing tools.</li> <li> <div>Contribute to development of user manuals and technical documentation.</div> </li> <li> <div>Work alongside project leads, developers, and end users to ensure solutions meet business needs.</div> </li> <li> <div>Apply understanding of defense clients' test processes related to data management, scheduling, planning, and commitments across test types.</div> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Here is what you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>US Citizen (DoD Secret clearance eligibility)</li> <li>Bachelors degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with web development.</li> <li>Experience with Java or any Object-Oriented Programming Language</li> <li> <div>Demonstrated experience in full software development lifecycle (design through sustainment).</div> </li> <li> <div>Proficiency in developing complex applications with GUIs, visualization tools, and database‑driven features.</div> </li> <li> <div>Ability to translate use cases into implementable software requirements.</div> </li> <li> <div>Strong analytical skills to perform various software analyses (code, risk, reliability).</div> </li> <li> <div>Experience with software testing and verification/validation practices.</div> </li> <li> <div>Ability to troubleshoot deployment and production issues.</div> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred experience:</strong></p> <div> <ul> <li>Active DoD Secret Security clearance</li> <li>Working knowledge of SQL databases and multiuser graphical interfaces.</li> <li>Experience evaluating requirements compliance in delivered software.</li> <li>Familiarity with integration/testing tool selection and recommendation.</li> <li>Prior involvement in writing technical reports or user documentation.</li> <li>Experience with TypeScript, .Net, C#</li> </ul> </div> </div><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">.
