CSA Package Manager (Architectural)

We are now seeking an experienced CSA Package Manager (Architecture) to join our team on a major Data Centre project, near Helsinki, Finland. Reporting to the Architectural Lead, this role will be responsible for the management and delivery of CSA Architectural packages — including internal architectural finishes, raised floors, partitions, doors, ceilings, clean rooms, and specialist fitout elements — ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
Take ownership of allocated CSA Architectural packages from procurement through to handover
Manage package scope, programme, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure work is executed safely and in line with project requirements
Track and manage package-specific milestones to ensure alignment with overall project programme
Review and manage subcontractor scopes, tender returns, and package pricing
Attend and contribute to project coordination and client meetings as required
Monitor and report on package progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation measures
Support procurement activities, including management of long-lead materials and specialist fitout equipment
Work closely with engineering, design, MEP, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural works
Track and ensure timely delivery and installation of materials, fixtures, and finishes
Oversee quality assurance and control for all architectural elements, ensuring compliance with Winthrop and client standards
Review and validate subcontractor applications for payment in conjunction with the commercial team
Support project handover and close-out activities, ensuring completion of all package-related documentation
Requirements
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
5+ experience in a main contracting environment
Proven experience managing architectural/fitout packages on large-scale construction projects, ideally within Data Centres or high-tech sectors
Strong technical understanding of architectural finishes, fitouts, and high-spec internal works
Excellent organisational, communication, and coordination skills
Strong understanding of project sequencing, package interfaces, and programme delivery
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and relevant project management tools
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across CSA, MEP, and commissioning teams
Commercial awareness with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
