<p><em>This is a 12 month fixed term contract.</em></p> <p><em>This posting reflects an existing vacancy.</em></p> <p>This role is part of our Fanatics inhouse team, where you will be employed by DEPT® but embedded within Fanatics.</p> <p><strong>JOB PURPOSE</strong></p> <p>The CRM Marketing Coordinator supports CRM planning and execution across multiple business units, and customer programs by trafficking campaigns, coordinating creative workflow, and ensuring high-quality execution from planning through deployment. This role serves as the operational and organizational connective tissue between CRM Strategy, CRM Operations, Creative, and business stakeholders.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end campaign trafficking across CRM programs, ensuring campaigns move smoothly from planning through deployment using project management and workflow tools.</li> <li>Serve as the primary liaison between CRM Strategy and CRM Operations teams, maintaining accurate campaign statuses (planned, in progress, ready to build, approved, deployed).</li> <li>Input, manage, and maintain campaign IDs, metadata, and execution details within project management platforms.</li> <li>Monitor daily campaign health and readiness across CRM channels, identifying stalled or at-risk campaigns and driving resolution.</li> <li>Maintain and update CRM marketing calendars with current promotions, seasonal initiatives, historical performance references, and key business milestones.</li> <li>Proof and QA email and SMS campaigns as a final quality-control layer, including content accuracy, creative continuity, audience targeting, suppressions, links, and promotional details.</li> <li>Act as the creative workflow owner and process gatekeeper, enforcing project standards, naming conventions, timelines, and approval processes across internal teams and external agency partners.</li> <li>Ensure creative assets adhere to established campaign naming taxonomy and organizational standards to support efficient development, deployment, and reporting.</li> <li>Source, organize, and package creative assets, campaign details, and product information based on business priorities and promotional calendars.</li> <li>Proactively identify creative gaps, dependencies, or risks and escalate issues early to protect timelines and campaign quality.</li> <li>Proof and QA marketing communications to ensure content accuracy, creative consistency, and alignment with campaign objectives.</li> <li>Maintain an organized archive of creative assets, campaign history, and performance references to support future campaign planning and optimization.</li> <li>Compile and organize campaign performance data, reports, and spreadsheets to support CRM Strategy teams in evaluating results and identifying optimization opportunities.</li> <li>Assist with campaign documentation, project tracking, process improvements, and other operational initiatives that support efficient CRM execution.</li> <li>Provide flexible support across the CRM team as business needs arise, helping ensure continuity, speed, and quality of execution.</li> <li>Support ongoing process improvement efforts by identifying workflow efficiencies and opportunities to enhance campaign operations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU BRING:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, digital marketing, project coordination, e-commerce, retail marketing, or related fields.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field a plus.</li> <li>Experience working with project management platforms, marketing calendars, and campaign workflows.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.</li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and build collaborative relationships.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Analytical mindset with comfort working with campaign data and reporting.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WE OFFER</strong></p> <ul> <li>A flexible hybrid working policy to enjoy the best of both worlds.&nbsp;</li> <li>Early Finish Fridays, kickstart your weekend early with alternating early-finish Fridays.</li> <li>15 days paid holiday annually, increasing with length of service (plus Public Holidays).</li> <li>Birthday Leave, a paid day-off each year.</li> <li>Access to dedicated mental health resources including enhanced sick pay scheme, employee assistance programme and trained Mental Health First Aiders.&nbsp;</li> <li>Dept Allowance, a dedicated company contribution to spend on either your professional development or personal wellbeing.</li> <li>Refreshments are provided in the office all week.</li> <li>Enhanced family friendly policies to support parents.</li> <li>Learning and Development, continuous growth opportunities through internal training, and "inspirational talks” guest speakers.</li> <li>Buddy Program, you will be paired with a ‘Buddy’ to help you navigate your first weeks’ at DEPT®.</li> <li>A Certified BCorp Agency and is multi-award winning…
