Responsibilities:
Review and verify applicant documents, including licenses, certifications, background checks, and other required credentialing records.
Ensure submitted documentation is complete, accurate, and meets established credentialing requirements.
Communicate with applicants to request missing or additional documentation as needed.
Respond promptly and professionally to applicant inquiries via email and chat.
Maintain accurate records of applicant documentation and credentialing status.
Support the credentialing process by following established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
At least 6 months of BPO experience
Credentialing experience is an advantage
Must be keen to details
Good verbal and written English skills
Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
Amenable working night shift
