Creator Program Specialist
Scopely · ES - Barcelona, Spain · 2026-09-21
Sobre el puesto
We're looking for a Creator Program Specialist to join our Central Creator Strategy team, within our Marketing Operations team, in our Barcelona studio hub on a hybrid basis (2 days in office). This is a Fixed Term Contract of 6+ months.
At Scopely, we care deeply about what we do and want to inspire play, every day - whether in our work environments alongside our talented colleagues, or through our deep connections with our communities of players. We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.
The Marketing team deeply understands a game's audience, creative strategy and priorities. They are the glue between the Brand, Product, and our Player Communities that will redefine our social strategy to amplify our games across new and existing social channels while building a meaningful community for our players.
What You Will Do
As part of our central Creator Strategy team, you'll build the foundations of our creator programs - the frameworks, playbooks, and reward mechanics that let each game team run a strong ambassador or organic creator program of its own. Rather than managing creators day-to-day yourself, you'll design the tools and standards that community managers across our titles use to run their own programs, and you'll consult with them to iterate and improve what's already live.
You'll work closely with community, brand, social, and legal/IP teams to make sure new programs are set up for success and existing ones keep evolving with platform and creator culture trends. Responsibilities include:
• Build Program Foundations: Design the frameworks, playbooks, and templates for new organic creator and ambassador programs - covering creator identification, onboarding, tiering, and reward structures - so game teams can launch and run their own programs.
• Design Reward Mechanics: Develop non-monetary incentive structures - creator codes, rewarded deep links, early access, exclusive perks, and recognition tiers - that motivate creators without paid contracts, and set the standards for how they're used across titles.
• Consult & Iterate on Existing Programs: Act as the go-to expert for game teams' community managers, who own and run their programs day-to-day, advising on what's working, what isn't, and how to improve creator identification, retention, and reward design.
• Set Content & Brand Guardrails: Create the creative direction, content brief templates, and IP/brand guidelines that community managers use with their creators to keep organic content authentic while staying on-brand.
• Shape Portfolio Strategy: Help define the organic creator strategy across the portfolio, and translate it into operational tools, creator personas, and program roadmaps that individual game teams can adopt.
• Establish Performance Benchmarks: Define how organic creator program performance is tracked - engagement, reach, sentiment - and use social listening and analytics tools to identify what's working across titles and where programs need adjustment.
• Share Cross-Portfolio Learnings: Package program recaps, creator spotlights, and benchmarks into resources and presentations that keep game teams and leadership aligned on what's working across the portfolio.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone with hands-on experience building and running creator programs who's ready to shift from operating a single program to building the foundations that let many teams run their own. Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Relevant experience building, running, or scaling creator, ambassador, or UGC programs, ideally in gaming
• Hands-on experience with creator codes and other non-monetary reward mechanics (rewarded deep links, tiered perks, early access)
• Ability to turn program experience into reusable frameworks, playbooks, and templates that other teams can pick up and run
• Comfort acting as a consultant to other teams - influencing without direct authority, and adapting recommendations to each game's needs
• Deep familiarity with organic content dynamics on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch and other platforms
• Strong analytical skills, with working knowledge of social listening and data visualization tools (ideally Looker)
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication for both internal stakeholders and external creators
Bonus Points
• Gaming industry experience
• Influencer Marketing experience
• Experience with social listening or creator discovery platforms
• Experience working directly with community and social teams on organic growth initiatives
• Familiarity with influencer/creator disclosure requirements
