<p><span data-contrast="none">The Creative Lead, Multimedia will drive </span><span data-contrast="auto">social media content creation </span><span data-contrast="none">for Bungie-owned marketing channels across multiple platforms and disciplines, including gameplay capture, art & design, video and livestream production. This role will function as </span><span data-contrast="auto">creative leader and strategist, </span><span data-contrast="none">operating highly efficient pipelines, and overseeing the work of cross-discipline creatives on the Multimedia Team. The ideal candidate combines </span><span data-contrast="auto">game industry expertise </span><span data-contrast="none">with a keen eye for creative excellence and brand alignment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="none">This role reports to the Principal Operations Manager.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Responsibilities:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":120}"> </span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="none">Drive the execution of multimedia content throughout the project pipeline, ensuring timely delivery across platforms, including short-form gameplay videos, GIFs, screen shots, composites, live action video, livestreams, etc.</span> </li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with Creative Directors, and Brand & Marketing Franchise teams to create content for key beats (expansions, seasons, launches), including ideation, references, project treatments and pitch decks</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":300}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Oversee creative professionals, both in-house and freelance, facilitating creative excellence while ensuring alignment with brand vision</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":300}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Translate high-level vision from Brand & Franchise Marketing into breakthrough content ideas, including campaign hooks and social-first storytelling that bring Bungie’s worlds and characters to life in new, compelling ways</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Facilitate alignment across Brand, Marketing, Legal, PR and Game Development teams</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Maintain assessment of creative team capacity and capabilities, scaling talent as needed to foster sustainability while meeting business needs</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage project meetings, timelines and documentation, including production schedules, budgets, key milestones, and stakeholder reviews</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Streamline processes to increase creative team velocity </span><span data-contrast="auto">and drive continuous operational improvements</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Required skills:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">8+ </span><span data-contrast="none">years of experience in digital media, ideally in the gaming or entertainment industry</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience in AAA game-capture with aptitude to learn proprietary capture tools</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven experience managing creative teams with a track record of developing talent</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong creative collaboration skills and ability to seamlessly negotiate pivots in a rapidly evolving landscape</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Demonstrated…
