You will be responsible for the smooth running of the project, from the initial client's request to the final delivery of the solution.
**Your tasks**
* Validate the project's scope
* Define project planning and validate it in steering committee
* Budget tracking and monitoring, challenging all contributors on estimates and actuals
* Continuous follow-up of risks and issues
* Ensure quality in project deliverables and governance
* Prepare the steering: reporting on project's progress, propose solutions to problems
* Identify and schedule project resources needs with concerned team leaders
* Stakeholders management and project communication
* Put in place a change management process
* As an End-to-End Project Manager, you are responsible for the smooth running of the project, from the initial client's request to the final delivery of the solution

Gevraagde vaardigheden
- Kosten, risico's en middelen evalueren (budgetten, personeel, kosten, ...) De uitvoering van een bestelling, een informaticaproject plannen
- Behoeften van de klant of gebruiker analyseren Het functioneel lastenboek opstellen (specificaties, termijnen, kosten, ...)
- Toepassingen ontwikkelen voor een platform: SAP
- Toezicht houden op en coördineren van de realisaties, studies of informaticaontwikkelingen (medewerkers, toeleveranciers)
- Leveranciers of dienstverleners selecteren Onderhandelen over contractvoorwaarden De geleverde diensten of producten controleren
- Een applicatie ontwikkelen die aan een databank gelinkt is
- Informaticaprogramma's en -applicaties ontwerpen en ontwikkelen
- De technische, economische, … informatie en de reglementering opvolgen en actualiseren
