Like Morgane, Functional Analyst at Cream, you act as a bridge between business and IT teams within the banking sector. You translate business needs into functional specifications for digital platforms such as mobile applications, AI solutions or e-Commerce tools. Your projects may relate to payments, credit or compliance for example.

**Your tasks will be**

* Understand and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications * Act as the link between business stakeholders and IT teams * Follow up with technical analysts, designers and developers * Describe test scenarios, prepare test data and coordinate test execution with the Test Coordinator * Analyse results and propose corrective actions where needed * Ensure consistency and quality of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle * Dive into technical aspects when necessary * Work closely with business teams to ensure the delivered solution meets their expectations

**What do we expect from our Consultant ?**

* You have proven experience in Functional Analysis in the banking sector * Very good knowledge of analysis tools and methodologies (UML, RUP, ARIS, Visio, Enterprise Architect, Jira, ...) * You can meet project deadlines and provide high quality deliverables * You have strong communication skills and analytical skills * You are fluent in French and English, a good knowledge of Dutch is also required
