Role Overview

You will provide legal support across various international legal initiatives, including Coupang Intelligent Cloud, Coupang’s AI cloud computing service, in an extremely fast-paced, dynamic and constantly challenging environment. We are looking for passionate builders who can provide actionable legal advice under urgent deadlines and project manage various teams to implement creative solutions and achieve results.

What You Will Do

• Technology and commercial transactions: Lead and execute on a variety of country-specific, regional, and global technology and commercial transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex technology and commercial contracts in English and Korean.
