The team is pragmatic, solutions-oriented, and deeply engaged in strategic decision-making, with a strong emphasis on building trusted relationships across the organization.</p> <p>As <strong>Counsel, Global Supply Chain,</strong> you will play a critical role in helping CoreWeave secure and deploy the infrastructure that powers our business. Working alongside Supply Chain and Capacity Operations, you will provide strategic legal support across the sourcing, procurement, and deployment of GPUs, servers, networking equipment, storage solutions, data center infrastructure, and global logistics. You'll help structure complex commercial relationships, develop scalable contracting processes, and advise the business on legal and regulatory issues that directly impact CoreWeave's global growth.</p> <p><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <p>Reporting to the<strong> Director & Managing Associate General Counsel, Global Supply Chain</strong>, you will serve as a senior individual contributor on the Legal & Government Affairs team embedded with our Supply Chain and Capacity Operations organization. </p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Support <strong>datacenter supply chain</strong>, including by structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex agreements with suppliers for the procurement of GPU and compute hardware, integrated server systems, network equipment, datacenter infrastructure and power equipment, storage solutions, and logistics services. Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across finance, tax, compliance, energy, real estate on deal structuring.</li> <li>Support <strong>indirect procurement </strong>contracting for business groups across the company.</li> <li>Provide <strong>day-to-day, business-focused counseling</strong>, including on supply chain continuity, risk allocation, supplier risk assessments, supplier performance and remediation matters, product quality, service, and remedies aligned with CoreWeave’s deployment and financing models.</li> <li>Partner with regulatory, ESG, government affairs, compliance, and others on <strong>responsible sourcing and compliance</strong> topics and ensure contract terms reflect those obligations.</li> <li>Support <strong>international expansion</strong> by adapting supply and logistics documentation for new jurisdictions and coordinating with local counsel on local-law and market-norm issues.</li> <li>Manage <strong>outside counsel</strong> on specialized matters and convert advice into clear, usable guidance for business stakeholders.</li> <li>Develop,maintain and scale <strong>templates, playbooks, and fallbacks</strong> that drive consistent, efficient negotiations and scalable self-service for sourcing and logistics teams. Contribute to <strong>training and enablement</strong> so business teams can handle common scenarios with less friction.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (or international equivalent).</li> <li>5+ years of legal experience, including significant time focused on complex commercial transactions at a law firm or in-house legal team.</li> <li>Strong business acumen and meaningful experience drafting and negotiating technology infrastructure, hardware, or supply-chain agreements.</li> <li>Proven record of pragmatic, solutions-oriented counseling for senior business leaders in a demanding, high-growth, fast-paced environment, with sound judgment on balancing risk with agility to deliver outcomes with aggressive timelines.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred: </strong></p> <ul> <li>In-house experience supporting cloud, data center, semiconductor, hardware, or similar large-scale infrastructure businesses. </li> <li>Exposure to global logistics and trade controls, sanctions, and hardware environmental compliance.</li> <li>Experience building or operating contracting playbooks, templates, and processes for sourcing or procurement organizations.</li> <li>Knowledge of…
