ABOUT THE EQUALITY FUND
The Equality Fund is transforming the way that resources—and power—flow into the hands of women, girls, and trans people worldwide. Designed by feminists for feminists, it is a model for sustainably resourcing feminist movements everywhere, through global grantmaking, gender-lens investing, policy advocacy, and feminist philanthropy. Launched in 2019, the Equality Fund has activated $100 million to date, which flows to more than 1,800 organizations working across 100 countries.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Director of Program Strategy, you’ll keep the Global Programs (GP) team organized and on track, so the people leading our grantmaking and accompaniment portfolios can stay focused on our partners. You’ll be the team’s main link with Communications, Finance, Philanthropy and Strategy, so you’ll see how a global feminist fund works across the whole organization.
This role suits someone who loves bringing order to busy, shifting work and wonders how things could run better. Some people in this seat build deep expertise as coordinators. Others use it to explore where they’d like to specialize next. We’re hoping you’ll be excited to settle in, learn the work well, and develop rich, hands-on experience.
