Controls Engineer II (SCADA, Ignition experience)

About this role

• Design hardware systems based on input information and deliver (Motor List, IO List, FDS, Safety requirements, Short-circuit/Voltage drop calculations, protection selection, cable sizing, communication networks design, etc. …)

• Design and production of electrical devices layout and schematic drawings using (AutoCAD, EPlan P8, etc.)

• Design PLC programs according to the system description and functionality.

• Configure PLC hardware and industrial networks [Profibus, Profinet, ASi, CAN, Ethernet … etc].

• Design HMI programing: using Allen Bradley factory talk view or WinCC flexible or Vijeo Designer to monitor and control different system components.

• Design SCADA program to monitor and control different system components.

• Perform Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Startup and Standby support.
Requirements

• Education: Engineering Communication, power, and Mechatronics.

• Years of experience: 2+

• Must be have American citizenship/GreenCard or Visa.
