The ideal candidate for the position is someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment with broad discretion to solve problems.  Requires experience managing Department of War and commercial contracts from proposal, through negotiation and administration, to close-out.</p> <p>In this role, you will work closely with a talented compliance team, reporting to Director of Contracts and part of the Legal team.</p> <p> </p> <h2><strong><span data-contrast="none">Responsibilities:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":2,"335559685":720,"335559739":160,"335559740":300}"> </span></h2> <ul> <li>Negotiate nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) on behalf of the company and ensure ongoing compliance with all confidentiality obligations.</li> <li>Safeguard company intellectual property by ensuring appropriate IP and data‑rights terms in government and prime‑contractor contracts; provide guidance on correct data‑rights markings, required invention disclosures, and patent‑filing timelines to preserve maximum patent rights.</li> <li>Maintain the company’s agreement repository and dashboard and manage contract‑request workflows through the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system.</li> <li>Enter executed contracts and sales orders into Oracle ERP system accurately and in accordance with internal procedures.</li> <li>Oversee the full contract lifecycle—from proposal development and flow‑down review through contract execution, invoicing, and final closeout.</li> <li>Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, including applicable laws and regulations, delivery schedules, payment terms, funding changes, time extensions, and government‑property obligations.</li> <li>Assist in negotiating agreements and terms and conditions across a wide range of company contracts, including those with customers, suppliers, consultants, and service providers.</li> <li>Collaborate with the proposal team to prepare, review, and deliver complete, accurate, and compliant proposals.</li> <li>Develop, implement, and maintain contracting policies, procedures, and process improvements to support compliant and efficient contract management.</li> </ul> <p><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p> <h2><strong><span data-contrast="none">Basic Qualifications:</span></strong></h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.</li> <li>5+ years experience in aerospace and defense company in a contracts or subcontracts role</li> <li>Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS, FAR 15 and FAR 12 contracting, FFP and Cost reimbursable contracts</li> <li>Basic familiarity with commercial terms and conditions</li> <li>Basic familiarity with US Government export control regulations</li> </ul> <p><span data-ccp-props="{"134245418":true,"134245529":true,"201341983":0,"335559738":40,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}">US Citizen or Permanent Resident (future security clearance may be required)</span></p> <p><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p> <h2><span data-contrast="none">Preferred Skills and Experience:</span></h2> <ul> <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li> <li>Collaborative; capable of working across all levels of the organization</li> <li>Organized; comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment</li> <li>NCMA or WCCA certification is a plus</li> <li>Experience with Oracle ERP and/or CLM tools is a plus</li> </ul> <p><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">ITAR REQUIREMENTS:</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span…
