Content Marketing Manager (US Market)

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a high-ownership content marketing role at a fast-growing AI-powered business communication startup, focused entirely on the US market. You'll define the brand voice across the full customer journey — from paid ads to organic social to product messaging — and work closely with a small, ambitious team to drive discovery, trust, and growth among SMB customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own the end-to-end content marketing strategy for the US market, shaping how businesses discover and trust the product.

- Write and iterate on website copy and landing pages optimised for US audiences and conversion.

- Produce high-performing copy for paid channels including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.

- Script ad creatives for YouTube and paid social video formats.

- Build and execute organic content strategies across relevant social platforms.

- Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to develop authentic content.

- Use A/B testing, analytics, and user research to continuously improve messaging performance.

- Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 4+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or growth marketing.

- Proven background in B2B SaaS or a fast-moving software environment.

- Native or C2-level English proficiency with a strong command of US market tone and nuance.

- Demonstrated ability to write conversion-focused copy grounded in performance marketing principles.

- Hands-on experience with paid channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and video ad scripting.

- Experience running organic content strategies across social media platforms.

- Analytical mindset with a track record of using data and experimentation to improve results.

- Comfort working autonomously and end-to-end on projects in a lean team environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: $70,000 – $150,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
