Engagement: 1099 contract, hybrid. Comp: $500-2,500 per pillar article OR $3-5K/mo retainer for active content cadence. Location: Fully remote, USA. Reports to: Founder + CEO.
About The Wilkinson Firm

TWF serves three divisions with distinct buyer audiences: HR leaders in behavioral health, hospitality buyers at hotels and venues, and federal contractors. Our content engine needs an owner who can produce LinkedIn pillar articles, case studies, podcast content, and brand-voice copy that builds inbound pipeline for all three divisions.
Who we want
Content marketing directors with B2B services background. 7+ years experience. Former content leaders at consulting firms, professional services firms, or boutique workforce firms. Strong writing portfolio. SEO fluency. Comfortable working with subject matter experts (Founding Partners) and turning their voice into publishable content.
What you would do

• Build and execute TWF's content calendar across all three divisions

• LinkedIn pillar articles under TWF Founding Partners' names

• Case studies, white papers, thought leadership pieces

• SEO content strategy across thewilkinsonfirm.com, hr.thewilkinsonfirm.com, hospitality.thewilkinsonfirm.com

• Podcast production support if TWF launches one

• Brand voice ownership across all written content

Compensation
Two options based on cadence:

•
Per-piece: $500-$2,500 per pillar article, scaled by length and SEO complexity.

•
Retainer: $3-5K/mo for active firms with a defined content cadence (4-8 pieces per month).
