Content & Digital Marketing Assistant (Remote)

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Content & Digital Marketing Assistant to support our growing digital presence. If you love creating engaging content, editing videos, designing eye-catching graphics, and helping execute email marketing campaigns, we’d love to hear from you. Work Setup: Remote Employment Type: Independent Contractor / Virtual Assistant Schedule: TBD (preferred overlap with client/business hours if needed) Rate: $5 to $6/hr Commensurate with Experience Key Responsibilities: Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and YouTube Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across multiple digital platforms Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotional emails, automations, etc.) Collaborate on content ideas, campaign concepts, and digital growth initiatives Track basic campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements Stay updated on digital marketing and social media trends Requirements Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role Strong video editing skills Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent) Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, or similar Good understanding of social media content trends and platform best practices Basic knowledge of branding, content strategy, and audience engagement Strong written English communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions quickly We’re looking for someone who is: ✅ Creative and resourceful ✅ Fast, responsive, and reliable ✅ Comfortable working independently ✅ Up to date with digital trends ✅ Passionate about content that drives engagement and growth
