Hybrid or remote options can be considered. **What you'll do** ✨ Design conversational flows, scripts, and dialogue structures that feel natural and helpful ✨ Create chatbot content, FAQs, prompts, onboarding experiences, and user guidance materials ✨ Define and maintain a consistent tone of voice across all conversational channels ✨ Analyze user feedback and conversation data to continuously improve content effectiveness ✨ Support chatbot training and optimization efforts through iterative content enhancements ✨ Collaborate closely with UX designers, AI specialists, and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences **What we're looking for** ✅ Experience in **Content Strategy** and **UX Writing** ✅ Strong skills in **Conversation Design** and user-centered content creation ✅ Knowledge of **Accessibility** standards and inclusive design principles ✅ Understanding of **Information Architecture** and content organization ✅ Excellent **Copywriting** and storytelling abilities ✅ Experience with **User Research** and content testing ✅ Strong **multilingual communication** skills are a plus ✅ knowledge of French or Dutch, and English
