Content Creator and Video Producer (1 Year Contract - Renewable))

About this role

Purpose: A creative and tech-savvy Content Creator and Video Producer to craft compelling visual narratives that reflect our company’s values, culture, and business goals. This role will also play a key part in developing engaging educational content to support employee learning and development.
Key areas of responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to develop and script engaging content aligned with business goals and brand identity.

• Design and produce training videos using instructional design principles and suitable formats (e.g., microlearning, scenario-based).

• Work cross-functionally to gather insights, align expectations, and deliver relevant content.

• Plan, shoot, and direct video productions, ensuring high-quality visuals, audio, and storytelling.

• Edit and enhance content (including motion graphics) to meet brand and quality standards.

• Manage timelines, vendors, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Requirements:

• Degree in Communications, Media Production, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of proven experience in content creation and video production.

• Strong understanding of brand voice, tone, and visual identity.

• Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and open to new technologies and ideas.
