Construction Planner (Petrochemical Industry)⚗️

For a major industrial investment project within the petrochemical sector, we are looking for an experienced Construction Planner🚧👷 ♀️ to join a large-scale project team.

Your Responsibilities

* Develop, maintain, and continuously improve project planning and scheduling systems.
* Build and manage detailed construction schedules using Primavera.
* Analyze project progress and identify potential delays, risks, and mitigation measures.
* Support Construction Managers with planning expertise and schedule recommendations.
* Collaborate closely with commissioning teams to ensure seamless transition from construction to start-up and operations.
* Monitor schedule performance and provide regular progress reporting to management.
* Evaluate planning data and recommend corrective actions when required.
* Participate in schedule risk analyses and forecasting activities.
* Contribute to consolidated project reports, forecasts, and management presentations.
* Capture and document lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
* Develop and maintain reporting tools and planning dashboards for project stakeholders.

Your Profile

✅ Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or a related discipline.

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Heavy Industrial sector.

✅ Experience working on large-scale or mega projects.

✅ Strong knowledge of Primavera P6.

✅ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

✅ Fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.

✅Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.

✅Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary project environment.
