This role supports the preparation of accurate take‑offs and competitive bid proposals for large‑scale projects. Success in this position relies heavily on strong <strong><span data-url="ca://s?q=Explain_basic_site_and_earthwork_knowledge">site/earthwork knowledge</span></strong>, a solid work ethic, cultural alignment, a positive attitude, and a collaborative mindset.</p> <p>The Estimator will participate in all phases of the bidding process, including <strong><span data-url="ca://s?q=Explain_plan_takeoffs">plan take‑offs</span></strong>, vendor quote solicitation, quantity calculations, specification review, pricing development, <strong><span data-url="ca://s?q=Explain_RFI_tracking_process">RFI tracking</span></strong>, and value‑engineering recommendations.
