<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></span><br><br>The Conference Producer is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of conferences, acting as the lead owner of content, product development, and industry relationships. This role oversees the full programme lifecycle, ensuring commercially viable, high-quality events that deliver value to stakeholders.</p> <p><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <p><br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Develop and manage relationships with key market stakeholders, including industry leaders, government bodies, associations, vendors, and media partners<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Lead programme research and development to ensure relevant, forward-looking, and commercially attractive agendas<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Identify, engage, and secure high-calibre speakers, including C-level executives, policymakers, and industry experts<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Build and maintain strong relationships with Vietnamese healthcare stakeholders (ministries, hospitals, associations) and international experts to validate content and recruit senior speakers<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Continuously monitor regional and global market trends to identify new content and event opportunities<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide leadership onsite to ensure seamless event delivery and strengthen relationships with speakers, sponsors, and attendees<br><br></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Conference Production</strong></span></p> <p><br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;The Conference Producer is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of conferences, acting as the lead owner of content, product development, and industry relationships.
