Since the 2026 season, Audi has been competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship.

The new team has three locations. The Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Formula 1 factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Audi Motorsport Technology Center in UK is in its launch phase and growing continuously. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

This position is to be filled at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany).

As part of the Audi F1 program, accurate and traceable component data is required to meet FIA regulations, enable cross-department transparency, and align technical and financial reporting. This includes structured exchange across engineering, finance, and operations, as well as aligned communication with Hinwil, the Power Train Race Team, and the FIA. The setup leverages automation and AI to connect lifecycle management with cost tracking.

We are seeking an Specialist responsible for the Used Inventory Incremental List (UIIL) and adherence to FIA regulations. In this role you will be responsible to ensure end-to-end traceability and lifecycle management of components across all areas of F1 Power Train, including Chassi components, enabling consistent reporting and efficient utilization between engineering of components, build-up and usage.
Develop and improve data integrity across engineering, operations, and finance
Develop and improve UIIL reporting with a focus on automation and reliability in alignment with FIA requirements
Support the creation of BOM structures to ensure accurate FIA reporting
Align engineering data, physical builds, and PLM/ERP records
Monitor component usage and lifecycle to support planning and efficiency
Support operational and financial decisions with targeted reporting and analysis for usage optimization, operational planning and cost control
Establish and improve processes for lifecycle tracking and traceability
Take ownership of cross-functional working groups
Conduct audits of our tracking processes to ensure accuracy and transparency

Degree in engineering, manufacturing or a related technical field
Experience in part tracking, lifecycle management and inventory management in a high-performance environment
Strong knowledge of BOM structures and manufacturing processes
Good technical understanding of F1 Power Train, including Chassis components and test bench operations
Experience with Windchill and SAP (or similar PLM/ERP systems)
Experience with FIA Formula 1 Regulations (experience with UIIL is an advantage)
Strong analytical, systematic and ability to work cross-functionally
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
Proactive and solution-oriented approach
Strong communication skills and fluency in English
