Join the industry's leading long tail claim consulting unit. You will drive financial recoveries on behalf of corporate clients facing high-value complex liabilitychallenges within our specialized Complex Liability Practice. Core Responsibilities
Negotiation: Secure insurance recoveries and loss allocations directly from carriers and adjusters.
Policy Mapping:Review legacy insurance policy documents to build coverage charts and track payments.
Insurance Archaeology:Research and reconstruct historic multi-year corporate insurance programs.
Claim Management: Own the end-to-end insurer communication workflow, including notice, tender, and cost-share agreements. REQUIRES:
Experience: 5 to 10+ years evaluating coverage on multi-year claims at an insurer, law firm, or insurance archaeology firm.
Core Skills:Long tail claim, Complex Liability Practice, Risk Management Solutions.
Domain Expertise:Direct history with mass tort and long-tail claims (Asbestos, Toxic Tort, Environmental/Pollution).
