POSITION SUMMARY:

Serve as the organization's primary compensation subject matter expert by providing strategic guidance on compensation programs, job architecture, market pricing, and compensation governance

Partner with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to deliver market-based compensation recommendations, salary structures, and workforce planning support

Lead job evaluations, market pricing, salary structure administration, and annual compensation planning while ensuring internal equity and regulatory compliance

Administer compensation systems, market surveys, reporting, and analytics to support data-driven decision making and continuous process improvement

Support compensation governance, pay transparency initiatives, FLSA compliance, and strategic organizational changes across multiple business units

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field with 5+ years of progressive compensation experience

Demonstrated expertise in market pricing, job evaluations, salary structure administration, compensation analyses, annual compensation planning, and compensation survey participation

Strong knowledge of compensation principles, FLSA, wage and hour regulations, pay transparency requirements, and compensation governance practices; healthcare experience preferred

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, HRIS platforms, Workday, and MarketPay; CCP certification preferred

Excellent analytical, communication, project management, and consulting skills with the ability to influence leaders, manage confidential information, and travel up to 10%

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $130,000-$150,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
