As part of a dynamic and growing organization, you'll take the lead in designing and executing a comprehensive rewards strategy aimed at attracting and retaining top talent, while also ensuring employee satisfaction and engagement across multiple entities.

**Key Responsibilities**

\- In collaboration with external partners and internal HR teams, you'll ensure the seamless execution of payroll processes and employee administrative functions, maintaining accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
\- You'll be responsible for developing and deploying a robust total rewards framework that aligns with organizational goals and attracts, motivates, and retains talent.
\- Manage the administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are aligned with local market practices and legal requirements.
\- Guide and support a dedicated HR team, fostering growth and aligning efforts to departmental and organizational objectives.
\- Prepare and present regular updates, optimizing current reporting practices to enhance efficiency and quality. You will also be involved in streamlining reporting tools and methods.
\- Ensure HR policies are consistently updated and in line with legal standards, providing legal expertise on employment-related matters.
