Key Responsibilities: Prepare and assist in the cooking of continental dishes as per the family's preferences and dietary requirements. Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen at all times. Manage ingredient preparation, storage, and inventory to ensure freshness and availability. Work closely with the head chef or household culinary manager to plan menus and special meals. Ensure presentation and taste meet the expectations of the VIP family. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils. Adapt to the family's specific needs and preferences, providing a personalized culinary experience. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and a passion for continental cuisine, offering a unique opportunity to work in a private and luxurious environment. Requirements Proven experience as a Commis 1 or similar role with focus on continental cuisine. Strong culinary skills and knowledge of continental cooking techniques and dishes. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a private household setting. Attention to detail, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety standards. Good communication skills and ability to adapt to the preferences of a VIP family. Discretion, professionalism, and reliability are essential. Can attend a 1-day trial in Abu Dhabi, UAE if required.
