About this role

Our client is hiring a Commercial Real Estate Broker in New York, NY or Houston, TX. This is a full‑time brokerage role with direct responsibility for representing clients in high‑value transactions and building long‑term relationships across the real estate investment community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, and recapitalizations of commercial real estate assets.

- Negotiate and structure transactions across office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties.

- Build and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and developers.

- Provide valuation guidance, market insights, and transaction strategies.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver competitive processes and maximize asset value.

REQUIREMENTS

- Active Broker’s License (not agent-level).

- Preferred certifications: CCIM or SIOR.

- Demonstrated track record of closing commercial real estate transactions.

- Strong network within the investment and development community.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.

COMPENSATION

- Commission-based structure with competitive splits.

- Uncapped earning potential directly tied to transaction volume.
