Under general supervision, the building cleaner performs cleaning tasks and operates various types of cleaning equipment for assigned buildings.

Duties

• Arrive on time and ready to perform all assigned shift duties.

• Clean offices and work areas, including emptying trash, replacing liners, and cleaning windows and windowsills.

• Vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop floors and stairs.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms and ensure they are properly stocked with necessary supplies.

• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked janitorial closets.

• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

• Report any maintenance issues, supply needs, or concerns to the supervisor.
Schedule: Monday - Saturday 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM
Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and successfully pass a background check.

• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus.

• Ability to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive cleaning motions.

• Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies.

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
