CMS Configuration Engineer

Our mission combines our industry-leading tech platform with holistic service to streamline, simplify and expedite the immigration process for employers and individuals.</p></div><p>We are seeking a detail-oriented <strong>CMS Configuration Engineer</strong> with 3–4 years of experience in application configuration using <strong>XML, SQL, and PDF-based form development</strong>. The ideal candidate will play a key role in configuring, enhancing, and supporting CMS applications in a release-driven environment. This role is primarily focused on <strong>application configuration, system support, and release management</strong>, with <strong>limited development exposure in .NET technologies</strong>.</p> <p><strong>As our  CMS Configuration Engineer, you will be required to:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain CMS configurations using XML-based frameworks</li> <li>Configure and support web application components within the CMS platform</li> <li>Develop and automate PDF based Forms</li> <li>Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and stored procedures</li> <li>Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams to support feature releases and enhancements</li> <li>Analyze CMS application behavior and identify UI/system limitations, recommending improvements</li> <li>Support release activities, including deployments, patches, and hotfixes</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner</li> <li>Ensure configuration quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices</li> <li>Participate in review processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives</li> <li>Work closely with platform/product teams in a release-driven environment</li> <li>Develop and support fullstack (backend and frontend)  components using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET)</li> </ul> <p><strong>To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li>3–4 years of experience in application configuration and support roles</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with XML-based configurations</li> <li>Good working knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, stored procedures)</li> <li>Experience in developing or managing PDF-based forms/templates</li> <li>Basic understanding of web application architecture</li> <li>Exposure to release/support environments and defect management</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li> <li>Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice-to-Have Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Exposure to .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET)</li> <li>Experience with enterprise CMS platforms</li> <li>Familiarity with CI/CD or release management tools</li> <li>Experience working in product-based or platform engineering environments</li> </ul> <p> </p>
