Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct organizational readiness assessments to evaluate infrastructure, process maturity, and team capabilities prior to cloud migration.

Document, analyze, and re-engineer core business workflows to optimize them for cloud-native environments (leveraging automation, SaaS, and PaaS solutions).

Collaborate with cross-functional business units (Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement) to align their operational rhythms with cloud capabilities.

Define and track key operational metrics (KPIs) to measure the efficiency gains and business agility post-migration.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

4+ years of experience working at the intersection of business operations, project management, and IT/cloud transformations.

Cloud Awareness: Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and major providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Cloud practitioner or fundamentals-level certifications are highly desirable.

Strong familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) and agile/lean operational methodologies preferred.

Target Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements
Required Skills:

High School diploma, Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or Technology

4+ years of Cloud Solutions and Business Operations experience required.

​Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers.
