**Customer Success & Account Management**

* Build trusted relationships with your client contacts and become their day-to-day operational partner. * Understand clients' content ecosystems, objectives and operational challenges. * Lead onboarding, workflow implementation and continuous service improvements. * Provide proactive recommendations to enhance efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction. * Identify risks early and coordinate appropriate solutions.

**Solution Delivery**

* Manage the end-to-end delivery of multilingual content solutions, including: Localization and translation, multimedia localization and subtitling, transcription and captioning, content adaptation and transcreation, AI-assisted language services, other multilingual content solutions * Coordinate internal experts, external partners and technology platforms. * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to agreed quality standards.

**Innovation & Continuous Improvement**

* Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and eliminate inefficiencies. * Explore and adopt AI and automation tools that improve delivery and customer experience. * Work closely with technology, language and production teams to implement new solutions.
