Client Advisor NATO

Over deze functie

* As a Client Advisor in our NATO office, you will act as the first point of contact for clients within your assigned client segment (expats).
* You will be responsible for the end-to-end management and accurate follow-up of your non-life insurance portfolio.
* You will advise clients, prepare quotations, contact clients, discuss the proposed insurance solutions, and issue new insurance policies.
* You will process all relevant data and contracts in our BRIO management system.
* You will communicate with both insurers and clients on a daily basis via email and telephone.
