Job Summary
Class 3 Truck Sales cum Cold Room Warehouse Assistant responsible for managing inventory control, unloading containers, handling deliveries, and performing quality checks and palletizing in a cold chain warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory control for retail deliveries to supermarkets using FIFO methods to ensure product freshness
Organize and coordinate the unloading of containers to prepare goods for customer handover efficiently
Drive a 10-14 foot box chiller truck to deliver goods safely to customer locations
Perform quality checks on goods in the cold chain warehouse to ensure compliance with standards
Pick and palletize products accurately within the cold chain warehouse to prepare for shipment
Carry loads up to 10kg safely during warehouse and delivery operations
Required competencies and certifications
Possess a valid Class 3 manual driving license held for at least one year
Maintain physical fitness to carry loads up to 10kg safely during work
Preferred competencies and qualifications
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in warehouse or delivery operations
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications to support administrative tasks
Demonstrate ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members and customers
