Claims Handler

As a **Claims Handler**, you will manage maritime and transport claims from A to Z. You will act as a key contact for our clients and coordinate the different parties involved throughout the claims process.

Your day-to-day work includes assessing incoming claims, coordinating surveys, reviewing documentation and reports, investigating the cause and extent of damage, calculating claim amounts and preparing final reports. You will also maintain close contact with brokers, exporters, insurers, surveyors, lawyers and other partners, representing the interests of our clients throughout the process.
