This person will actively participate in the growth of our firm.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Technical Proficiency:</strong></span></p> <ol> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrate technical excellence in engineering principles and practices.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Possess expertise in designing potable water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, roadway design, and related land development projects.</span></li> </ul> </ol> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Project Lifecycle Management:</strong></span></p> <ol> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Take projects from entitlements through to construction, ensuring successful project execution.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage and coordinate various aspects of project development.</span></li> </ul> </ol> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Permitting and Entitlements:</strong></span></p> <ol> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Efficiently process multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Utilize local experience to streamline the permitting process.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Implement complex permitting strategies to meet project schedules, ranging from large-scale developments to compact commercial infills.</span></li> </ul> </ol> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Client Relationship and Company Growth:</strong></span></p> <ol> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Actively participate in company marketing efforts to enhance our company's profile and foster relationships with existing and future clients and governmental agencies.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Contribute to the growth of the company by delivering high-quality projects and client satisfaction.</span></li> </ul> </ol> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Qualifications: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET Accredited…
